Amilla Villa

Seeking a stunning absolute-beachfront residence on a spectacular tropical island ringed with pristine white-sand beaches, coral reefs and azure waters rich with marine life? Travelling with a few friends or families as a large group? Insisting on ultra-luxury living but with a breezy laid-back vibe? The 8-bedroomed Great Beach Villa Residence ticks all the boxes and so much more.

This is the largest of eight hyper-luxury residences on Amilla Fushi, on idyllic coral-rimmed spec of an island sitting within a UNESCO World Heritage Biosphere Reserve on the eastern edge of the Maldives’ Baa Atoll in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Contemporary in design with carefully curated interiors, it offers two palatial master suites, six further guest suites, and abundant living space for both entertainment and relaxation. Two alfresco dining decks and two private beach-edge swimming pools are the focus of outdoor activities while within the residence there’s gym equipment, table tennis, pool table, a PlayStation 4, myriad board games, and more TVs and DVD players than one can count. The kitchen and bar are both exceptionally well equipped – think range cooker, barbecue, coffee machine and wine fridges, and iPads and Marantz sound systems are among the high-tech gizmos.

The Space
With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it can accommodate a dozen people, as well as enthusiasts of yoga and meditation, who will appreciate its beautiful covered platform, overlooking the river, in the middle of nature. Exceptional location, breathtaking views, architecture of style and character, wide open spaces, quiet, pleasant and smiling staff, this little jewel is not to be missed. This is a rare pearl in Ubud, just 5 minutes from the city center. 215m2 of comfort on a plot of 9 acres bordered by rice paddies and the Balinese jungle await you for a relaxing and authentic stay.

With 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their bathroom (5 bathrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room, this completely private villa is located in a very quiet area , away from major roads while being close to the center. Nearby you will find excellent restaurants as well as local shops where you will find everything you need.

Guest Access
The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

Bird of Paradise Villa

The large wooden front door of the villa leads to an exquisite interior of natural coral stone walls, wooden floors, furnished with beautiful custom made furniture imported directly from Indonesia and Bali with Caribbean influences. The villa was designed by London architect, Harper Downie and was completed in late 2007.

The spacious formal living room features handmade Balinese stone carvings and opens up to an outdoor terrace complete with a large infinity-edge pool and views of the Caribbean Sea. When lit up at night Bird of Paradise’s pool deck transforms into a magical private setting perfect for an evening of cocktails, a midnight swim or stargazing. The open plan, well-equipped kitchen flows through to the dining area situated on the terrace and offers alfresco dining with wonderful views. There is also a barbeque grill on the terrace for more casual culinary moments!

The Master bedroom is upstairs and has floor to ceiling windows providing stunning views of the Caribbean sea and Barbados’ west coast. Four of the luxurious bedrooms are on the ground floor; all offer privacy and relaxation with high degrees of comfort and spaciousness. Two of the suites feature four-poster beds and their own outdoor tub in a tropical courtyard that creates a spa-like atmosphere. The fifth suite has a courtyard and twin beds.

Hidden away off the main living area is the cosy media room where you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie in air conditioned comfort.

Holetown is a five minute drive away from the villa and offers excellent duty free shopping at Limegrove as well as being in close proximity to the many excellent restaurants offering both international and local cuisine. Also nearby is renowned Royal Westmoreland golf course which can be booked through our Concierge team. Bird of Paradise enjoys priviiged access to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach facility where guests may use the sun loungers, beach umbrellas and food & beverage facilitied within the resort.

Agassi Villa

Set in one of the most privileged locations of southern Paros, villa Agassi is a gorgeous six bedroom summer home with striking views of the bay of Faragas and a breathtaking sunset. True to the vernacular architecture, the structure is composed of strict geometric forms, clean lines and dazzling white surfaces that create an interesting contrast with the soothing colors of the sea and sky.

The outdoor pergola-shaped dining and lounge areas are adjacent to an L-shaped infinity pool that blends in the seascape, creating the illusion of weightlessness. The interior is composed of minimal ornamentation and flat surfaces as dictated by the less-is-more philosophy of the Cycladic design. Minimal yet ultimately luxurious, the living areas feature large openings that offer stunning views of the landscape. Stark-white walls accentuate the cutting-edge Italian furniture and a few carefully selected art pieces that are casually placed throughout the house.

There is minimum usage of furniture and accessories, while great emphasis has been laid on spaciousness. The living room, kitchen and dining area are divided by high arches that add a geometric slant and optimize the illusion of openness. Orientated to offer views of the sea, the comfortable sofas and raw-wood coffee table are highlighted by the pale-colored polished stone floorings. The designer raw-wood dining table is served by a stylish kitchen that is fully equipped for home-cooking. In the same concept, the bedrooms are large and inviting, with designer furnishings and carefully selected upholstery aimed to pamper our senses and create an atmosphere of ultimate relaxation. All bedrooms lead to gorgeous verandas and offer stunning views of the settings. There are also two independent guest houses that are accordingly decorated and are ideal for couples or guests.
