The property measures 500m² of living space which is fully air-conditioned and spread over 3 floors which are connected by both a staircase as well as a lift. The ground floor offers a large open plan living room/dining room which has been nicely furnished with high-quality furniture, an open fireplace and a large flat screen TV.
