In the immediate vicinity of the Park of Villa Olmo, in an area of great landscape value, on the edge of the building area bordering the park of Spina Verde, we offer for sale, with exclusive assignment, elegant panoramic and private villa with excellent exposure and a magnificent and unique view of the city of Como, towards Brunate (north/ east), towards Monte Croce (south/ west) and the first lake basin.

The villa is spread over a total area of 480 square meters on 3 levels: a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. The property includes a courtyard, a garden and a large wooded area of about 2,000 square meters sloping towards the lake and rich in fruit trees and secular.

Access to the villa is from the first floor where at the entrance, after the porches and the large patio properly set up for the stay outside and further enriched with a comfortable Jacuzzi, opens a bright and large living area, a sitting area with a thermoventilated fireplace, a terrace with glass parapets and breathtaking views of the lake. Adjacent there is the kitchen very large and habitable and complete with pantry and guest bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a first double bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, reachable by the comfortable internal circular staircase or by elevator, we find all the other bedrooms that are in total 3, each complete with walk-in closet, bathroom and panoramic terrace and terrace.

In the basement, finally, there is a large garage for four cars, in addition to the service rooms such as tavern, SPA with sauna for relaxation, fitness room, laundry, cellar and laboratory for the shelter of equipment. From here also access to the garden and the wooded area of the property.

The garden is well maintained and planted with tall trees and evergreen shrubs and complete with an orchard area on the various levels, separated with stone walls and access stairs. Many also the floral essences to seasonal flowering.

The main pool is made of natural stone and mosaic and can be heated on request. Flanked by palm trees, it has a relaxed, tropical feel. The second pool is up on the terrace and has fabulous ocean views. Fitness fans will enjoy the tennis court with pavilion and fully equipped gym, too.

Inside, this luxury villa with private chef has a beautifully fresh colonial feel throughout from the bright and airy bedrooms with marble weaved into the bathrooms to indoor lounge areas where the natural light floods in through open doors. The Staff are on hand throughout to plump cushions behind you in the white, light and airy entertainment and living areas, refresh your drinks out on the terrace and turn down your Frette bedlinen ready for you to tumble into bed.

There’s so much space here for a large group to make the most of at this luxury villa. Rafa Villa

Villa Rafa sits on a quiet part of Santa Maria, allowing for perfect privacy and uninterrupted views to the seascape. The residence resembles a small oasis of Mediterranean bliss, with its interconnected cubes painted stark white and surrounded by vegetation. The outdoor grounds are expansive; lawn gardens peppered with palm-trees, comfortable pergola-shaded lounges, an inviting swimming pool fitted with sunbeds and a generous dining space that can sit up to 18 guests – an ideal setting for hosting family and friends.

The stone-paved terraces and textured walls of the exterior that extend indoors and the tall windows that open the rooms to the seascape make the interior feel like a continuation of the outside. AWA Villa

Boasting a beachfront location on Grace Bay, Villa AWA’s interiors are effortlessly elegant, creating a new experience at every turn. Native stonework, locally milled woodwork and cabinetry soften minimalist lines to create a perfect balance of contemporary and comfort while custom ceramics, feature marble elements and unique finishes bring a softness to the striking modern context.

Villa AWA offers six bedrooms, including a master bedroom, three bedrooms with double beds, and a ground floor bunkroom. Included are individual central A/C units, cable TV, and rain showers in the bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with ocean view and terrace, king bed, and indoor/ outdoor shower. Three of the double-bed bedrooms are located on the upper level with ocean views and terraces. There is also a media room with huge flat screen TV.

Arsana Estate Villa

Arsana means ‘flow’ in Sanskrit, and not only does the villa’s name aptly describe the Sungi River that meanders past its lower boundary, but also the way The Arsana Estate’s individual bedroom and living pavilions cascade down the hillside into a valley of birdsong. Scores of eye-catching butterfly and bird species, including kingfishers, flit through the expansive terraced gardens and trees throughout the day, while the cicadas and frogs take over the nightshift with their chirping melodies and bass notes. Indeed, water features large at The Arsana Estate, where ponds, water walls, waterfalls, and an 18 x 8-metre swimming pool with a separate children’s section will refresh, relax and delight villa guests.

The villa sits in over 1.5 acres of carefully landscaped grounds featuring “secret” sitting areas with benches for guests to escape and relax in spectacular tropical gardens.

The property is private, fully enclosed and gated, with a main front foyer and a side entrance via the courtyard. Within the grounds there is a separate building housing a fully equipped gym, garage and storeroom.

The menus have a huge influence on local produce, fish, lamb, meats cheeses, fresh bread and pastries and of course olives. In general Mallorcan wine is served, both red and white which is of high quality. Your rate includes daily continental breakfast plus lunch and dinner for six nights of your stay. Our chefs and hostess will prepare a selection of cold dishes for breakfast before leaving each evening and you can help yourself in the morning, so there’s definitely no need to rush up! Lunch is served buffet style and three-course dinners can be tailor made according to your preferences, or we can serve local Mallorcan and Mediterranean style dishes. On one day during your stay we can arrange for you to visit some of the local restaurant offerings and are happy to organise reservations. Sa Calma Villa

Sa Calma is a flawless exclusive villa.

The property is located in Vista Alegre, one of the most sought-after location on the island of Ibiza, close to the beaches of Cala Jondal, Es Torrent and Es Cubells.
