Belle Vue is the perfect Villa to experience indoor-outdoor living at its very best. The indoor living area leads via floor-to-ceiling sliding doors onto a stunning wrap-around covered terrace. Take a few steps down to the gazebo with additional lounging space; then a few more steps take you to the curved infinity pool and whirlpool right at the edge of the ocean.

The bed is decorated with the very best quality white linens and richly textured mattelasse or down spreads, offset by mahogany and rattan furniture and soft beige drapes. Lavishly spread across a five-acre site, the scale and grandeur of Hawksbill Estate make it the ideal setting for a family getaway. It’s located in the Turks and Caicos Islands, 550 miles southeast of Miami, Florida and just below the Bahamas. The villa stands on the powdery white sands of Grace Bay, shaded by tall swaying palm trees and with sublime Atlantic Ocean vistas. This beachfront bolthole is a 15-minute drive from Providenciales International Airport and five minutes from Grace Bay’s impressive clutch of restaurants and shops.

Designed as a multi-generational sanctuary, the focus of Hawksbill is family-orientated, spacious living. A magnificent Great Room forms the central point of the primary house, with unrivalled views over Grace Bay and an abundance of natural light. A separate family space is an excellent place for children to unwind, with various games and a large-screen TV. The Villa sleeps up to 16 guests in eight bedrooms, which are scattered between a number of individual buildings. For those in search of an added layer of privacy, an exclusive master suite has been created offering sumptuous panoramas and a generous private bathing courtyard.

Hawksbill’s wide expanse of tropical landscape and idyllic whitewash enclosures provide a gorgeous selection of nooks for you and your guests to explore and relax in. Villa Sandalo

Welcome to Villa Sandalo, a beautiful 4-bedroom beachfront Coral Stone villa nestled in the center of the beautiful palm-fringed, crescent-shaped shoreline right on stunning Gibbs Beach which stretches northwards towards Mullins Bay.

The sitting room is beautifully furnished with a combination of classic and Caribbean styles. The interiors are quite yet luxurious. There are three huge arched windows that open right up onto the Terrace making Sandalo the perfect house to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. On the Terrace, there is a beautiful outdoor dining area and a comfortable sitting area from which to enjoy the view and relax.

The villa features four air-conditioned en suite bedrooms in the main house all on the upper level, 3 of the upstairs bedrooms feature King sized double beds and have floor-to-ceiling French doors that open right up onto Balconies and have stunning views of the pool, gardens, and sea. The fourth bedroom in the main house has twin beds.

There is a stunning swimming pool at Sandalo featuring a partly covered and spacious terrace which is ideal for entertaining, along with a delightful poolside gazebo for alfresco dining. A beach gate leads to the beautiful white beach with a further seating area here. Sun loungers and umbrellas are placed on the beach daily for guests’ use.

There is a media room equipped with state-of-the-art plasma TV, electronic games and surround sound. The air-conditioned kitchen is custom-designed with cabinets by Joshua Jones of the UK. Additional features include a flat-screened TV, Hairdryer, DVD player, BBQ, security Safe, ceiling fans, and wireless broadband connection.

STAFF: When you stay at Sandalo, you will be personally cared for by Sandalo’s wonderful housekeeper and additional staff can be arranged at an extra fee. Casa Alang Alang is approximately 15,000 square feet and sleeps up to 19 people in great comfort and style, with a unique blend of privacy and common areas. The house is located on a private, secluded hillside at the entrance of Tamarindo with breathtaking views of Tamarindo estuary and the Pacific Ocean all the way north to Playa Grande yet 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and town center.

There are eight bedrooms at Casa Alang Alang distributed as follows: A master bedroom on the upper level, two bedrooms on the main level, four bedrooms on the lower level, one in the apartment, and a total of 9 bathrooms. The apartment has a bedroom with a king bed, a lounge area, a kitchenette, a dining table, a bathroom, and a private balcony. Depending on weather conditions, the spacious living area can be opened/closed partially or completely. This inside living area contains a large ironwood table for dining as well as a comfortable sofa for relaxing and both seat up to 12 people. Once the living area is open the spectacular views from the main terrace are fantastic for outside dining or enjoying a cocktail while viewing an amazing tropical sunset. Casa Alang Alang has two pools one with an overflowing lap pool of 21 m ending in a Bale with double loungers to hang out. The pool on the main floor overflows on four sides giving the impression of a giant mirror looking toward the ocean.

This eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom villa comfortably accommodates big families or a group of friends in a unique, private, and safe location. The house is elevated above the beach with no easy direct access and is very private. Guests have a “ hidden “ pathway to access the beach. Villa Morabeza features four master bedrooms with breathtaking ocean views, one guest bedroom with ocean and internal patio view, and two kids’ bedrooms, each with double bunk beds. Some showers are outdoors with ocean views. On the property, there is a separate studio with a full bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for family members who want privacy or staff visiting with you.

The spacious living areas can be opened completely towards the ocean view. The inside living area contains one big fully equipped kitchen and prep kitchen, a bar seating at the island, and sitting at an integrated table. The dining area includes an 18-foot-long dining table that comfortably sits 20 people. There is an enclosed outdoor patio with a TRX trainer, yoga, and a hangout area. Two massage tables are available; one is set up on this patio, and the other can be set up wherever the guest wants, including in front of the beach.
