In the immediate vicinity of the Park of Villa Olmo, in an area of great landscape value, on the edge of the building area bordering the park of Spina Verde, we offer for sale, with exclusive assignment, elegant panoramic and private villa with excellent exposure and a magnificent and unique view of the city of Como, towards Brunate (north/ east), towards Monte Croce (south/ west) and the first lake basin.

The villa is spread over a total area of 480 square meters on 3 levels: a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. The property includes a courtyard, a garden and a large wooded area of about 2,000 square meters sloping towards the lake and rich in fruit trees and secular.

Access to the villa is from the first floor where at the entrance, after the porches and the large patio properly set up for the stay outside and further enriched with a comfortable Jacuzzi, opens a bright and large living area, a sitting area with a thermoventilated fireplace, a terrace with glass parapets and breathtaking views of the lake. Adjacent there is the kitchen very large and habitable and complete with pantry and guest bathroom. Also on the ground floor there is a first double bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, reachable by the comfortable internal circular staircase or by elevator, we find all the other bedrooms that are in total 3, each complete with walk-in closet, bathroom and panoramic terrace and terrace.

In the basement, finally, there is a large garage for four cars, in addition to the service rooms such as tavern, SPA with sauna for relaxation, fitness room, laundry, cellar and laboratory for the shelter of equipment. From here also access to the garden and the wooded area of the property.

The garden is well maintained and planted with tall trees and evergreen shrubs and complete with an orchard area on the various levels, separated with stone walls and access stairs. Many also the floral essences to seasonal flowering.

Welcome to villa Casablanca, a luxurious seven-bedroom villa located within the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate on the West Coast of Barbados. Guests at Casablanca have access to the Sandy Lane Beach with a private storage locker, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as the resort’s tennis courts and golf course.

The villa offers several charming sitting areas that are ideal for both entertaining and relaxing with either small or large groups. The inviting covered terrace includes a formal dining area featuring a glass-lit table lit by a traditional iron chandelier that overlooks the pool area. The terrace also includes one of the villa’s best seating areas with plush cushioned couches perfect for relaxing after dinner.

A bar and dining gazebo further develop the outdoor living space and the villa also exhibits a wonderful pool area lined with pristine white loungers and sun umbrellas ideal for sunbathing or reading a book.

The spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and contemporary cabinetry.

Three of the bedrooms are sited on the ground floor with shared access to an open-air patio, the master bedroom and an additional guest bedroom are located on the first floor which is accessed through a spiral staircase.

Each bedroom has a contemporary style décor with floor-to-ceiling curtains and unique artwork that boosts the modern style. The master suite features a small sitting area with views of the pool and gardens with a private patio overlooking the golf course.
